About James Jamie
I have had over 20 years experience of working as a graphic designer as part of an in-house marketing team. My last role encompassed a broad-spectrum of marketing solutions.
From advertisements, mailings, catalogue building to providing in-store and exhibition merchandising and packaging.
I relish each challenge with a logical perspective from both a sales and customer point of view and adapt solutions in to fit within the brand personas.With such a changing landscape in communication and initiatives I'm always looking for fresh new ways of developing messages to audiences.
Outside work...
During the winter months there's no better time to spend with friends a family down the local rugby club. I am passionate supporter of Plymouth Albion RFC.
When the weather is better I'll be out walking and cycling exploring the local area and if I'm feeling up to it I'll bring the photography gear along to do a bit more creative work.
If you are park runner in the local area you may well bump into me on a Saturday morning as I regularly volunteer at the Plym Valley Park Run.

Expert working knowledge of Adobe CC applications
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, Bridge and Lightroom
Google and Microsoft
Experience of using and collaborating on both systems
Working knowledge of WordPress
using the Elementor plug-in for wordpress giving sites a dynamic appearance
Very good standard of English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines communicating with stakeholders on project status
Excellent organisation skills
Self-motivated, pro-active problem solver
Camera systems used: Nikon DSLR, Fuji APS-C
